The Ohaus
505-10 Portable Balance
These compact, low-cost balances are very sensitive yet easy to use thanks to the magnetic damping system. The two sliding weights are secured in place by deep beam notches and a large adjustable foot is used for leveling and zeroing. The 505-10 has a removable anodized scoop(approx. 8 x 6 x 2 cm deep ) allowing for easy dispensing of powders.
A portable balance for field work in biology, geology, earth science and other environment studies. Designed for use in arts, crafts and general hobby work where high precision is required. Total weighing capacity is 50.5 grams and has a sensitivity of 0.01 grams.
