These Ohaus portable advanced balances are a precision weighing instrument, designed to provide years of service with virtually no maintenance. All of the CT models are constructed of a material which is impact resistant, contains a one piece solid-state precision electronics PC board, and a five digit LCD display which is 0.5 inches in height. The CT-Series are initially factory set to measure in grams and can be set to measure in other units of measure as desired. Each balance operates through a series of menus which enable precise calibration and the selection of various other parameters which enhance operation. A built in lock switch prevents calibration settings from being changed.
Standard features now include: span and linear calibration, auto shutoff, parts counting (except on model CT10), calibration,lockout switch, and full tare. Any of the CT-series can be ordered with an optional bi-directional RS-232 interface (all Ohaus Navigators now come standard with RS-232) to send balance data to your computer, printer or other peripheral devices. Keep a permanent record of weighing data for your experiments, test procedures, or GLP compliance. The entire CT line is backed by Ohaus superior 5 year warranty.
The CT-series is ideal for almost any weighing task including parts counting, check weighing, and you can tailor your balance to your specific needs with six standard and one custom unit. Each balance provides 50 hours of portable weighing when operated on batteries. Those requiring a Legal For Trade balance in the jewelry, coffee, pawn or any other business selling/purchasing goods by weight will appreciate the low cost and high quality of the CT600L.(None of the Ohaus Navigators are Legal-For-Trade.
