The Harvard Trip and Dial-O-Gram®   Balances represent more than 87 years of improvements and refinements on a classic design. Ohaus®   built their first one back then, and have been perfecting them ever since. They are designed to perform flawlessly wherever even-arm balances are useful - in checkweighing, repetitive weighing, sampling and all-around lab work. Strict Ohaus®   engineering standards can years of maintenance-free use.

Both types feature Ohaus®   magnetic damping for faster operation, tare compensation for container weights, and hefty 2000 gram capacity. The Harvard trip 1400 & 1500 Balances are time-proven workhorses for the laboratory or classroom. Angled beams and pointer are easy to read, and help reduce operator errors.

Available in Metric and Metric-Avoirdupois combination models, all with a readability to 0.1 gram or 0.01 ounces. The Dial-O-Gram 2000 Balance has a precise, easy-reading dial in place of the beam. The vernier scale reads down to 0.1 gram, and allows you to weigh objects under 100 grams with the dial alone.
