After you read what happened to us below and you think it is all a story read more here about chargebacks and the money robbed from mechants like ourselves. A few bad apples ruin it for everyone: Question) Why won't you ship to any other address than the confirmed address? Answer) Because the internet is just too risky and our margins are too low. Once we ship to any address other than the CONFIRMED ADDRESS sent to us by Paypal with your Transaction ID for that particular sale we leave the door wide open for chargebacks. Chargebacks are when Paypal takes the money away from us for goods we shipped and fraud has occurred. We lose the goods shipped, PayPal takes the money back they paid us and we get slapped with a $10 chargeback penalty. In addition we need to answer all the questions below to PayPal since they don't want internet merchants who receive funds from PayPal that recent in chargeback since the only one that makes out is the cybercrook. Below we outlined a classic example, which occurred to us and how we got taken for a simple bathroom scale. First we have the Confirmation of funds received for a Salter Bathroom Scale:

I am in receipt of your notification in regards to fraudulent funds and would ask that you band this person since it appears they have caught us off guard by believing them to ship to there physical address verses the confirmed address.
