The WS-Series weighs substantially more than the PS-Series and have a much larger box than the PS-Series because of the larger 15" x 15" platform and shipping is just too expensive using the postal service. Therefore, if we can't delivery the parcel via UPS Ground in the lower 48 states we can't accept the order. We don't offer any UPS Air Services because of the cost of freight. All WS-Series are shipped UPS Ground only. We do not accept any international orders for neither the PS or WS Series since the cost of freight is prohibitive. Many people ask for us to ship parcels overseas via boat, but there is no tracking using this method and it takes months for delivery. There are very few people interested in paying their credit card bill for a scale that has yet to arrive. For these reasons we are not interested in shipping any international orders for the Siltec line even to Canada or Mexico. Bottom line is if you don't have a zip code issued by the US Postal Service we can't processes the international order. |
